Mother of Time Pendant, Sterling and Blue Star Sapphire

This one is a personal favorite of mine- the main sapphire is enormous, about 9.5 carats, and has so much movement, flash and color change- one of the deepest, moodiest sapphires I've had the pleasure of working with. Clutched as an egg in the gentle jaws of Mother Snek, held firmly in fang-like claws. The back side features a five pointed star, aimed firmly toward the center of the earth. Absolutely the only one of her kind.
